Traditional Primary Care Services

Personalized, relationship-based primary care with the convenience of using your health insurance.

Our insurance-based primary care option is designed for adults (18 +) seeking ongoing medical care utilizing their health insurance. From annual wellness visits and preventive screenings to chronic condition management and sick visits, we provide thoughtful, individualized care focused on the whole person.

We believe patients deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported at every stage of their health journey. While this option does not include the enhanced access offered through our concierge membership, it provides the same commitment to compassionate, community-based care.

We accept most major insurances. See FAQs page for a full list. Copays are due and collected at the time of visit. We accept cash, debit cards, mastercard, and visa.

Traditional primary care may include:

  • Annual physical examinations and preventive screenings

  • Routine follow-up visits

  • Chronic condition management, including high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid conditions, and high cholesterol

  • Sick visits and evaluation of new symptoms

  • Medication management

  • Lab testing and diagnostic referrals when appropriate

  • Coordination with specialists

  • Women’s and men’s general health needs

  • Preventive care planning based on your age, health history, and goals

Looking For a More Personal Approach to Primary Care?

Traditional primary care patients receive high-quality, individualized care without a membership fee. Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and standard insurance copays, deductibles, and coverage requirements apply.

For patients seeking additional access, longer visits, and enhanced communication with their provider, optional concierge membership plans are also available. See our Concierge Primary Care page for more information on this option.
